Meditation Class

Guidance followed by silent meditation

Sessions are free and ongoing

The session starts with some guidance and discussion about meditation practice. The group then settles into a silent period of standing and walking meditation followed by sitting meditation. We then break to stretch our legs and sometimes prepare a hot drink before settling down into an informal chat on relevant topics. We finish with a short reading for reflection and close by paying respect to the Buddha, his teachings and those who have put them into practice.


Beginners are welcome.
