Meditation followed by discussion
Sessions are free and ongoing
The class starts with some guidance around meditation practice. Then there is a short paying of respect to the Buddha, his teachings and those that have put them into practice. The group then settles into a period of walking meditation followed by silent sitting meditation. We then break to stretch our legs and prepare a hot drink before settling down into an informal chat on relevant topics. We finally finish with a short reading for reflection before parting our ways peacefully.
Beginners are welcome.
