Meditation Sessions

Free drop-ins Mondays 7.30 - 9.00pm

(No classes on the 22nd & 29th December 2025)

Alternatively book online to guarantee a place

Guidance followed by silent meditation

Sessions are free and ongoing

7.30 - 8.00 pm Reflections and discussion for all experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned meditators, on mindfulness meditation and the path of the Buddha - hot drinks available!

8.00 - 8.15 pm Group standing and walking meditation

8.15 - 8.50 pm Group sitting meditation

8.50 - 9.00 pm Closing reflection followed by a tidy up!

 

Experienced meditators are welcome to join at 8.00 pm onwards for the group meditation only if they wish.

Donations to cover costs are gratefully accepted.
